Data Deletion

You can delete your LoopReel account and all personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, what gets deleted, and how long it takes.
Option 1 — Delete from your account settings
The fastest way to delete your data is from inside the product:
- Sign in at dashboard.loopreel.app.
- Open Settings → Account.
- Click Delete account and confirm.
Your account is closed immediately. Personal data is removed from our live systems within thirty (30) days and from encrypted backups within ninety (90) days.
Option 2 — Email request
If you cannot sign in, email us from the address on your account at [email protected] with the subject line “Data deletion request.” Please include:
- The email address you signed up with.
- (Optional) the connected social platforms you would like disconnected.
We will verify the request and confirm deletion within thirty (30) days. We may need to retain limited records (for example, invoices) where the law requires.
Option 3 — Revoke a connected social account
If you want to disconnect LoopReel from a single social platform without deleting your whole account:
- Instagram / Facebook — visit Facebook settings → Business Integrations and remove LoopReel. The token is also revoked from your LoopReel dashboard’s connected-accounts page.
- TikTok — TikTok app → Settings & privacy → Security & permissions → Manage apps and remove LoopReel.
- YouTube / Google — visit Google account permissions and remove LoopReel.
Revoking access through the platform invalidates our access token immediately. We delete the token from our database within seven (7) days.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile, email, password hash, and preferences.
- Your brand profile, scripts, prompts, slides, videos, carousels, and any other generated assets.
- OAuth tokens and metadata for any connected TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube account.
- Usage events tied to your account.
What may be retained
- Billing and tax records, where retention is required by law (typically up to seven years).
- Aggregated and de-identified analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
- Anti-abuse signals where retention is needed to protect the Service and other users.
