Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data LoopReel collects, why, who receives it, how long it is kept and how you control it. LoopReel is a service that schedules and publishes your short videos to social media platforms. It is operated by Insihts, Corp., a company in the United States ("LoopReel", "we", "us"). This policy covers the website at loopreel.app and the app at connect.loopreel.app.
1. What we collect

We do not collect payment card details. LoopReel is free during its invite-only period.
2. Data from social platforms
You connect a social account by signing in on that platform's own page. LoopReel never sees or stores your social media password. The platform then gives LoopReel only the permissions listed below. We use this data only to publish what you scheduled and to show you your own results.
- TikTok. Your basic profile (name, avatar, username), profile details, account statistics (such as follower and like counts) and the list of your videos. With the video upload and publish permissions, LoopReel sends the videos you scheduled to your TikTok account, with the privacy and interaction settings you chose for each post.
- Instagram and Facebook (Meta). Your account or Page name, ID and picture, the Pages or Instagram professional accounts you select, and the insights for posts LoopReel published. LoopReel uses the publishing permission only to post what you scheduled.
- YouTube (Google). Your channel name, ID and picture, and the statistics of videos LoopReel uploaded. LoopReel uses the upload permission only to publish the videos you scheduled. LoopReel uses YouTube API Services: by connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke LoopReel's access at any time on your Google security settings page.
- Threads and X. Your profile name, ID and picture, and the permission to publish posts you scheduled.
We do not sell platform data, use it for advertising, or use it to train artificial intelligence models. We do not share it with anyone except as section 4 describes.
3. How we use it
- To provide LoopReel: store your content, publish it at the time you chose, and show the results.
- To keep your account secure and to prevent abuse.
- To answer your questions and tell you about changes to the service.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
4. Who receives it
We share personal data only with these service providers, each only as far as its task needs:

We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or of LoopReel. If LoopReel or Insihts, Corp. is sold or merged, your data would pass to the new owner under this policy.
5. How long we keep it
- Your account and content: until you delete them or ask us to delete your account.
- Platform access tokens: until you disconnect the account in LoopReel or revoke access on the platform. We then stop using them and delete them.
- Server logs: only as long as we need them to run and secure the service. They are rotated automatically and the oldest entries are deleted.
- Backups: up to 30 days, after which deleted data no longer exists in them.
6. Your choices and rights
- Access and correct: see and edit your account details in the app's settings.
- Disconnect: remove any connected account in LoopReel, or revoke LoopReel's access in the platform's own settings.
- Copy and delete: ask us by email for a copy of your data, or for its deletion (section 7).
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, such as to object to processing or to complain to a data protection authority. Email us to use them; we answer within 30 days.
7. Deleting your data
To delete your LoopReel account and all its data, email support@loopreel.app from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account, its content, its connected-account tokens and its team data within 30 days, and confirm by email.
To remove only one platform's data, disconnect that account in LoopReel. You can also revoke LoopReel's access directly: in TikTok under Settings and privacy, then Security, then Manage app permissions; in Facebook and Instagram under Settings, then Apps and websites; and in Google on your security settings page.
8. Security
All traffic to LoopReel is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as hashes. Our servers accept connections only on the ports the service needs, and access to them is limited to our team. No system is perfectly secure: if a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you without undue delay.
9. Cookies
The LoopReel app uses cookies that are needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
10. Children
LoopReel is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters to you, we update the date at the top and tell account holders by email before the change applies.
