Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LoopReel websites, applications, and APIs (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

LoopReel is an AI-assisted content production tool that generates short-form video and image-carousel posts from a brand profile, and optionally publishes them to third-party social platforms you connect (such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube).

2. Eligibility and account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your account credentials.
• You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.

3. Connected accounts

When you connect a third-party social account, you authorize LoopReel to act on your behalf only for the actions you initiate or schedule through the Service (for example, publishing approved content and reading metrics about that content). You may revoke this authorization at any time from the connected-accounts page or from the third platform’s own settings. You remain bound by the terms of each connected platform and are responsible for ensuring that content you publish complies with them.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, deceptive, sexually explicit, or that exploits minors.
• Misrepresent yourself or impersonate any person or entity.
• Distribute malware, attempt to compromise the Service, or attempt to access another user’s account.
• Bypass usage limits, scrape the Service, or use it to train a competing model without our written consent.
• Violate the terms of any third-party platform you connect (including the TikTok, Meta / Instagram, and YouTube / Google platform terms).

5. Your content and your license to us

You retain ownership of the brand information, scripts, assets, and published content you create with the Service (“Your Content”). You grant LoopReel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you. We do not use Your Content to train AI models for third parties.

6. AI-generated output

The Service uses AI models from third-party providers to generate drafts. AI output can be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for some uses. You are responsible for reviewing any draft before publishing and for ensuring it complies with applicable law, platform rules, and your own brand standards.

7. Plans, billing, and refunds

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until canceled.
• You can cancel from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in our refund policy.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or create risk or legal exposure for us or other users. You may close your account at any time from your settings. On termination we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will meet your requirements.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoopReel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold LoopReel harmless from any third-party claim arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or platform rule.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent in-product notice before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LoopReel is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
