Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Insihts, Corp., the US company that operates LoopReel ("LoopReel", "we", "us"). They cover the website at loopreel.app and the app at connect.loopreel.app. By creating an account or using LoopReel, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

1. The service

LoopReel lets you connect your social media accounts, upload videos and images, write captions, and schedule posts that LoopReel publishes to those accounts at the time you choose. It also shows you statistics that the platforms provide for your accounts.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract for yourself or your business.
• Give accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us at once if you think someone else used your account.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what teammates you invite do.
• LoopReel is invite-only for now. We decide who gets access.

3. Your content

Your videos, images and captions stay yours. You give LoopReel permission to store, process and transmit them only to provide the service: to show them to you and your team, and to publish them to the accounts and at the times you chose. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already published to a platform.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, including music, footage, logos and the people shown, and that publishing it does not break any law or anyone's rights. You review every post before you schedule it; it goes out under your name.

4. Social platforms

LoopReel publishes through the official interfaces of TikTok, Meta (Instagram, Facebook, Threads), Google (YouTube) and X. You must follow each platform's own terms when you post through LoopReel. By connecting YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

The platforms are not operated by LoopReel. They can change, limit or stop their interfaces, reject or remove posts, or limit your account, and we cannot control that. A platform may also apply its own restrictions until it has approved LoopReel's integration; for example, TikTok can make posts private until then.

5. What you may not do

• Post content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, impersonates a person or brand, harasses people, or promotes hate or violence.
• Post spam, fake engagement, deceptive advertising, or misleading health or financial claims.
• Connect accounts you are not allowed to manage, or use LoopReel to break a platform's rules.
• Try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits.
• Resell LoopReel as a service without our written agreement.

6. Fees

LoopReel is free during its invite-only period. If we introduce paid plans, we will show the price before you buy and tell you in advance by email. You will not be charged unless you choose a paid plan.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep LoopReel available, but it is offered "as is" and may be unavailable at times, for example during maintenance or when a platform has an outage. We may change, add or remove features. If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we update the date at the top and tell account holders by email before the change applies.

8. Ending it

You can stop using LoopReel at any time and ask us to delete your account at support@loopreel.app; the Privacy Policy explains what is deleted and when. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service, the platforms or other users at risk. Where we can, we tell you why first.

9. Disclaimers and liability

LoopReel does not promise any number of views, followers or sales, and we are not responsible for how a platform or an audience treats your posts. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
